- WHAT’S IN THE BOX?
Make sure the package is well sealed and sound before opening it. HyperMate wallet is using anti-tampering box. The box can’t be recovered or refurbished once it is opened.

- INITIALIZE YOUR HYPERMATE WALLET
Note 1: Before you go on with the following steps, please make sure you are in a private place with a pen and your HyperMate recovery phrase card.
1. Power on
device by press and hold the power button for 2 seconds. Check the battery sign at the top right corner of the screen. If the battery level was below half, please charge your HyperMate with any 5V adapter.
2. Create a wallet
Now you can see 2 options: Create a new wallet or restore an old wallet. Choose “Create new wallet” and click OK button to continue.
3. Set a PIN
Set a PIN for your wallet. Note: HyperMate wallet does not store your PIN. Make sure your PIN is well memorized. After entering the PIN incorrectly 10 times in succession, the device will delete all information to factory reset.
4. Recovery phrases
Select the number of recovery phrases and HyperMate will display the newly created recovery phrases of your new wallet. Note that these words are vital for your wallet. Make sure you are in a private place and write them down on the paper recovery phase card in sequence. Once finished, keep the card in a place that other people won’t easily reach. It is not recommended to store these words in any internet connected environment such as in your laptop. Important: Whoever has these words can recover your wallet and spend your coins WITHOUT your PIN.
5. Check recovery phrases
words you just recorded. HyperMate will let you review the words again if you are failed to pass the checking process.
6. Generate and ready
HyperMate wallet starts generating your wallet address from the recovery phrases. This process will take around 30 seconds. HyperMate will notice you when your wallet is ready to use.
- RESTORE FROM YOUR PREVIOUS WALLET
Note 1: Before going on with the following steps, please make sure you are in a private place with a pen and your recovery phrases.
Note 2: HyperMate wallet will NOT enable Bluetooth or USB connection before the wallet initialization process is completed in order to guarantee that the initialization process is completely conducted in an offline environment.
1. Power on
to any USB port or mobile phone adapter.
2. Restore a wallet
Now you can see 2 options: Create a new wallet or restore an old wallet. Choose “Restore a wallet” and click OK button to continue.
3. Set a PIN
Set a PIN for your wallet. Note: HyperMate wallet does not store your PIN. Make sure your PIN is well memorized.
4. Enter your recovery phrases
Please get the BIP 39 recovery phrases card of your previous wallet ready and make sure you are in a safe environment. Choose the number of your recovery phrases from 12. And enter them carefully without letting other people peek at your screen or card.
5. Generate and ready
HyperMate wallet starts generating your wallet address from the recovery phrases. This process will take around 30 seconds. HyperMate will notice you when your wallet is ready to use.
- CONNECT HYPERMATE TO A PHONE

2. Start Mobile App
Launch the HyperMate Wallet mobile application in an Android or iOS phone and select option “HyperMate hardware wallet”. Turn on the HyperMate device.
The HyperMate Wallet mobile application can be downloaded from here.
3. Pair Your HyperMate Device
Your HyperMate device will be found and shown in the Bluetooth scanning page. Tap it to pair. A random PIN will be displayed on HyperMate device. Use it to pair the wallet.
4. Finish the Wallet Info
Choose a name and application PIN for your wallet. Select the wanted coins/tokens and you are done once you have seen the main page of the wallet and your balance.

Transactions
Option 1: Use HyperMate Hardware Wallet
Receiving payments can be done offline without connecting your HyperMate mobile application. Press “up” “up” and “OK” together to enter the menu and select “My Address” to display your beneficiary address. Press “down” to display the QR code of your address.
Option 2: Use HyperMate Mobile App
1. Launch the HyperMate Mobile App. Make sure you have properly paired with your HyperMate hardware wallet.
2. Select the coin/token that you would like to receive.
3. Tap “Receive” at the right bottom corner.
4. Now you will be able to see your address of this coin/token. Remind: The address displayed now is not yet verified. Mobile phone system is considered as an unsafe environment which potential risk to be attacked by malicious program or hackers. Therefore, the address displayed here is not 100% trustable. Please tap “Check Address” and turn on your hardware wallet to verify your address. The address will turn into green once it’s verified.
5. Optional: If you would like to show a receiving barcode with a specific transaction amount, simply enter the amount below the address. The barcode will automatically change.
- MAKE PAYMENTS
1. Generate a Payment
Prepare your HyperMate hardware wallet and the paired mobile device with HyperMate mobile App. Launch the app and select the type of coin/token that you are willing to spend. Tap “Send” at the left bottom corner. Enter the beneficiary address, amount and tap “Next”. Choose a digging fee if needed and continue.
2. Enter Device PIN
You will be asked to enter the PIN of your HyperMate hardware wallet. The PIN pad lay-out will be shown in your HyperMate device. Enter the PIN blindly on your phone according to the lay-out shown on HyperMate device.
3. Confirm Transaction
Double confirm the transaction information displayed on your HyperMate device.
Note: This is very important, a phone or a PC is considered as a vulnerable environment. The beneficiary address is theoretically possible to be modified by malicious routine. Remember, the beneficiary address shown on your HyperMate device is always the real address that you are sending money to. If it is not identical as the one you have entered in the phone, terminate this transaction by click “C” on your HyperMate device. Transaction completed.
Add Currencies
- ADD ERC-20 TOKENS
1. Get Ready
Power on the HyperMate wallet and Launch the HyperMate wallet app. Make sure they have been properly paired and ready to be used. Tap and hold the ETH coin. Tap "Add Tokens" in the pop-up window.
2. Select Tokens
Mark your wanted tokens and tap “Done” to finish adding your ERC-20 token.
Note: These tokens are based on the ETH address that you have selected in step 1. Users can add more than 1 ETH addresses.
Security Operations
- RESET WALLET
1. Enter Device Menu
Press “up”“up” and “OK” together to enter the menu and select “Reset”.
2. Confirm CAREFULLY
Be carefull! Your wallet will be completely erased after confirming this. Make sure you have access to your paper recovery phrases before continue!
- CHANGE PIN
1. Enter Device Menu
Press “up” and “OK” together to enter the menu and select “Change PIN”.
2. Verify and Change
Verify your current PIN and you will be able to set the new PIN.
Forget PIN? Your money is safe as long as you have your recovery phrases. You can re-create the wallet by resetting the wallet and recover your wallet again with your recovery phrases.
